The Ederhaus - built in a quiet and central situation in the centre of Berchtesgaden in 1996 - offers a delightful and relaxing vacation during every season. Closely there are the Kur- and Kongreßhaus, a bus stop and the pedestrian precinct with various shopping possibilities. You can reach the Watzmann-Therme (swimming bath), the ice stadium, tennis courts, the salt mine or the Obersalzberg cable railway in few minutes. Our house is the starting point of many interesting hikes in the mountains of Berchtesgaden.

Every of our five apartments provides a living room with radio and Sat-TV, a (extra-) kitchen (in some apartments the kitchen is included in the living room) with herd (in some apartments even with an ofen), with freezer, toaster, water heater and coffee maschine. There is also a sleeping room, a bath room with WC and with shower or bath in every apartment. Every apartment has its own entrance. Moreover every apartment has its individual equipment.
